Who has the right to form unions or associations?
The right to form unions, associations, or societies shall not be abridged by any law. This right is extended to individuals employed in both the public and the private sectors. However, the purposes of such organizations must not be contrary to the existing laws of the land. According to Article III Section 8 1987 Philippine Constitution, this freedom of association is a protected right for all people. “SECTION 8.
