Where can an aggrieved party appeal a ruling of a Constitutional Commission?
An aggrieved party is not without legal recourse following an adverse decision by a Commission. Any final decision, order, or ruling may be elevated directly to the Supreme Court. The appeal must be made on certiorari within thirty days from the receipt of the ruling.
