What penalty applies if a conditional Grave threat is made, but the offender fails to attain their purpose?
If the offender makes a conditional grave threat but does not attain their purpose (i.e., fails to get the money or secure the condition), the penalty is further reduced (Article 282, Revised Penal Code).
