What is the penalty for Grave threats that are not made subject to a condition?

If the grave threat, which amounts to a wrong constituting a crime, is made but is not subject to a condition (unconditional threat), a specific penalty is applied (Article 282, Revised Penal Code). The offender shall suffer the penalty of arresto mayor and a fine not exceeding One hundred thousand pesos (P100,000). This unconditional threat, while less manipulative than the conditional type, is still penalized heavily for the fear and insecurity it causes.
