What items can be impounded during a pending infringement action?
During the pendency of a case, the court may order the delivery of sales invoices and documents evidencing sales under oath. All articles and packaging alleged to be infringing may also be impounded. Furthermore, the implements used for making the infringing articles are subject to this court order.
