What constitutes Light threats, and what is its prescribed penalty?

Light threats consist of any threat to commit a wrong that does not constitute a crime (Article 283, Revised Penal Code). This non-criminal wrong must be made in the manner expressed in subdivision 1 of Article 282, which implies making the threat conditional upon an action by the victim. The person found guilty of Light threats shall be punished by arresto mayor.
