What formula applies to daily-paid employees who do not work on Sundays?
Daily-paid employees who do not work and are not paid on Sundays or rest days use a multiplier of 313 days. This guideline is provided by Section 6, Chapter I of the Rules Implementing Republic Act No. 6727. The formula calculates the Applicable Daily Rate multiplied by 313, divided by 12 months. If the 8 special non-working days are not considered paid, a factor of 305 may be used instead. 15-May-26About Nicolas and De Vega Law Offices
