What are the qualifying circumstances that elevate a killing to the crime of Murder?

Murder is committed when a person kills another, not falling under the provisions of Parricide (Article 246), and the act is attended by certain specified circumstances (Article 248, Revised Penal Code). One such circumstance is with treachery, which includes taking advantage of superior strength or employing means to weaken the defense of the victim. It also includes killing with the aid of armed men, or employing means or persons to insure or afford impunity.
