How is the penalty for Slavery modified if the crime is committed for the purpose of assigning the victim to some immoral traffic?
If the crime of Slavery is committed with the goal of assigning the offended party to some immoral traffic, the penalty shall be imposed in its maximum period (Article 272, Revised Penal Code). Therefore, the penalty of prision mayor shall be applied in its maximum period.
