How can a program combine institutional training with actual work participation?
A blended approach to training is legally permissible for organizations that want a comprehensive apprenticeship program. The program can begin with initial training in trade fundamentals located in a training center or another suitable institution. After this initial stage, the apprentice can transition to subsequent actual work participation within the sponsoring firm during the final stage of training.
