Who qualifies as a personal information processor under the law?
A personal information processor refers to any qualified natural or juridical person legally acting as such under the Act. They are the specific entities to whom a personal information controller may properly outsource the processing of personal data pertaining to a data subject. They actively perform their processing tasks based strictly on the instructions provided by the controller.
