An information and communications system refers to a technical system used for generating, sending, receiving, storing, or otherwise processing electronic data messages or electronic documents. It prominently includes the computer system or other similar electronic devices by which data is actively recorded, transmitted, or stored. Furthermore, it encompasses any procedure related to the recording, transmission, or storage of such electronic data or messages.
