Who bears unpaid wages if a contract is pre-terminated?
Under Article 298 of the Labor Code of the Philippines and DO 174, the party at fault assumes liability. This covers unpaid wages, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and ECC legal mandatory contributions.
