Where does training occur if a group of employers sponsors the program?
Collaborative sponsorship changes the potential locations for the actual training of apprentices across the participating network. When an apprenticeship program is sponsored by a group or association of employers, or by a civic organization, multiple venues may be utilized. The actual training can be undertaken in the premises of one or several designated firms associated with the sponsors.
