What penalties are imposed upon a public officer found guilty of Usurpation of legislative powers?

The public officer who commits the Usurpation of legislative powers is subject to a combination of correctional imprisonment, temporary disqualification, and a monetary fine (Article 239, Revised Penal Code). Specifically, the penalties include prision correccional in its minimum period and temporary special disqualification. Furthermore, the offender must pay a fine that shall not exceed Two hundred thousand pesos (P200,000).
