What information must be included in an application for an industrial design or layout-design?
Every application must contain a formal request for registration and detailed information identifying the applicant. Section 114 Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines also requires an indication of the kind of article to which the design will be applied. A clear representation of the article, such as drawings or photographs, must be provided to disclose the features for protection.
