What happens if a foreign vehicle carrying a patented invention enters the Philippines?
A patented invention may be used if it is part of a foreign vessel, aircraft, or land vehicle. This applies when the vehicle enters Philippine territory only temporarily or accidentally. The use must be exclusively for the needs of the vehicle and not for manufacturing goods for sale.
