What constitutes Other forms of trespass, and what is the penalty for this offense?

Other forms of trespass are committed by any person who shall enter the closed premises or the fenced estate of another (Article 281, Revised Penal Code). The premises or estate must be uninhabited at the time of entry, and the prohibition to enter must be manifest, meaning clearly evident. Furthermore, the trespasser must not have secured the permission of the owner or the caretaker thereof. The penalty imposed is arresto menor or a fine not exceeding Forty thousand pesos (P40,000), or both.
