What can be used as prima facie proof of copyright ownership?
An affidavit made before a notary public by or on behalf of the copyright owner can serve as evidence. The affidavit must state that copyright subsisted at a specific time and that the person named is the owner. It must also include a true copy of the work annexed to the document.
