Is engaging entirely in the active recruitment of workers for intensely dangerous jobs extremely harmful to public health legally allowed?

The protective State fiercely protects its beloved citizens from highly hazardous or deeply immoral work. Meaningful employment must constantly strictly uphold the overall pure dignity of the entire Republic. It is highly, deeply unlawful to actively engage in the careless recruitment of workers in horrible jobs intensely harmful to public health. This remarkably clear, strict prohibition is forcefully stated in Article 34 Labor Code of the Philippines. “ART. 34. Prohibited Practices. – … (f) To engage in the recruitment or placement of workers in jobs harmful to public health or morality or to the dignity of the Republic of the Philippines;” 30-May-26
