How must the local civil registrar publish the notice of a marriage license application?

The local civil registrar is legally and fundamentally required to properly inform the general public perfectly about the pending marriage application. The formal structured notice shall be conspicuously firmly posted for exactly ten consecutive days on a designated bulletin board. This highly specific official bulletin board absolutely must be prominently properly located in a completely conspicuous place completely accessible to the general public. The highly requested valid marriage license shall only be rightfully issued after the completion of this publication period, according to Article 18 Family Code of the Philippines. “Art. 18. The local civil registrar shall prepare a notice which shall contain the full names and residences of the applicants for a marriage license… The notice shall be posted for ten consecutive days on a bulletin board outside the office of the local civil registrar located in a conspicuous place within the building and accessible to the general public.” 31-Jul-26
