For how many deliveries can a male employee avail of Paternity Leave?
There is a strict legal limit to the number of times an employee can avail of paternity leave. Republic Act No. 8187 limits the benefit to the first four deliveries of the lawful wife. This exclusively applies to the wife with whom the male employee is currently cohabiting.
