Can a recruitment license be legally used at a totally different place other than what is literally stated in the document?

Valid recruitment licenses are strictly, legally tied only to intensely specific geographic locations. They definitely cannot be freely physically moved without strict government oversight and approval. No valid license or written authority shall be legally used at any geographical place completely other than that expressly stated in the document. This strict geographical and physical restriction is forcefully mandated in Article 29 Labor Code of the Philippines. “ART. 29. Non-transferability of License or Authority. – No license or authority shall be used directly or indirectly by any person other than the one in whose favor it was issued or at any place other than that stated in the license…” 30-May-26
