Any natural or juridical person or other body actively involved in the processing of personal data must formally designate a dedicated compliance individual. This appointed person shall actively function as a data protection officer, compliance officer, or be otherwise held directly accountable for organizational adherence. Their primary and ongoing duty is thoroughly ensuring strict compliance with all applicable laws and current regulations protecting data privacy and security.
