Who has jurisdiction over the civil aspects of unfair labor practice cases?
The civil dimensions of unfair labor practice cases are strictly adjudicated at the administrative level. Jurisdiction over claims for actual, moral, and exemplary damages belongs exclusively to the Labor Arbiters.
