When must the Electoral Tribunals and Commission on Appointments be organized?

When must the Electoral Tribunals and Commission on Appointments be organized?   These bodies must be constituted within thirty days after Congress has organized. This occurs after the election of the Senate President and the House Speaker. Timely organization ensures that appointments and election contests can be handled promptly. This timeline is specified in Article VI, Section 19 1987 Philippine Constitution.   “SECTION 19.
