The constitutionally recognized anti-graft court in the Philippines is known as the Sandiganbayan. This specialized court shall continue to function and exercise its jurisdiction as currently established or as may be provided by future laws. It plays a crucial role in prosecuting corrupt public officials and recovering ill-gotten wealth. The continued existence of this anti-graft court is guaranteed by Article XI, Section 4, 1987 Philippine Constitution. “SECTION 4. The present anti-graft court known as the Sandiganbayan shall continue to function and exercise its jurisdiction as now or hereafter may be provided by law.” 06-Mar-26
