What is the Minimum Number of Shares of Stock to Form a Corporation?
Pursuant to Sec. 10 of Republic Act No. 11232, otherwise known as the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines, there is NO minimum number of shares of stock required for a corporation to possess. However, certain industries or corporations with foreign equity are required to have a minimum paid-up capital.
