What is the definition of “published works”?
Published works are those made available to the public with the consent of the authors through wire or wireless means. Section 171.7 Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines specifies that the public must be able to access these works individually. The availability of copies must satisfy the reasonable requirements of the public based on the nature of the work.
