What are the three categories of final judgment convictions that disqualify a person from holding corporate office?

A person is disqualified from being a director, trustee, or officer of any corporation if, within five (5) years prior to election, they were convicted by final judgment for specific offenses (SEC. 26, Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines). These include conviction for an offense punishable by imprisonment for a period exceeding six (6) years. Disqualification also applies to conviction for violating the Revised Corporation Code itself. Finally, conviction for violating Republic Act No. 8799, or the Securities Regulation Code, also results in disqualification. Additionally, being found administratively liable for fraudulent acts, or similar acts by a foreign regulatory authority, serves as a basis for disqualification.
