What are the penalties for treason?

Pursuant to Article 114 of the Revised Penal Code, treason is punished as follows:

• Filipino citizens: Punishable by reclusion perpetua to death and a fine not exceeding ₱4,000,000.
• Resident aliens: Punishable by reclusion temporal to death and a fine not exceeding ₱4,000,000.
