What are the penalties for conspiracy and proposal to commit treason?

Under Art. 115 of the Revised Penal Code, these crimes are punished as follows:

• Conspiracy to commit treason:
  • Prisión mayor (6 years and 1 day to 12 years imprisonment)
  • Fine not exceeding ₱2,000,000
• Proposal to commit treason:
  • Prisión correccional (6 months and 1 day to 6 years imprisonment)
  • Fine not exceeding ₱1,000,000
