Carlo Jayfer Caparros earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nueva Caceres, where he graduated as Top 1 (Valedictorian) of the Class of 2025. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ateneo de Naga University, where he graduated with the high Latin honor of Magna Cum Laude.
Before joining the firm, Jayfer developed a robust foundation in legal practice serving as a Legal Assistant for a real estate company. During this time, he became an expert in drafting and reviewing essential legal instruments, such as Deeds of Sale, Special Powers of Attorney, Lease Contracts, Secretary’s Certificates, and Demand Letters. He is also experienced in liaising with various government agencies, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds, and Assessor’s Office, to secure critical permits and documents.
