Can I have my marriage annulled if my husband is gay?
No. You cannot have your marriage annulled simply because your husband is gay or is a homosexual. Homosexuality, by itself, is not a ground for annulment of marriage. It is simply a ground for legal separation under Art. 55 of the Family Code.
