Can I file for declaration of nullity of marriage if we got married with no marriage license?
Yes. Pursuant to Article 35 (3) of the Family Code, you can have your marriage declared void if your marriage was solemnized without the requisite marriage license EXCEPT those covered by Articles 27 to 34 of the Family Code.
