Are members of Constitutional Commissions allowed to practice their profession?

Members of these commissions are constitutionally barred from engaging in the practice of any profession. They cannot actively utilize their professional licenses for private gain while serving the government. This prohibition exists to eliminate potential conflicts of interest and maintain their absolute impartiality.
