Are executive officials allowed to hold other offices during their tenure?
The Constitution places strict limits on the holding of multiple positions by top executive officers. The President, Vice-President, and Cabinet members generally cannot hold any other office or employment. This rule aims to prevent the accumulation of power and divided loyalties.
